An insertion into an existing limestone civic building, marked by a folded green panelled volume that signals the new entry.
The hub consolidates library, customer service and community programs within an existing civic block that had become hard to read from the street.
A new panelled volume steps forward from the limestone facade, catching light differently through the day and giving the building a clear front door.
Inside, the plan is simplified around a single daylit spine that connects each of the services the hub brings together.
